Returns: You may return any non-personalized laser-cut item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of personalized laser-cut products, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or contains a production error. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
